During the last year, as event professionals we made a huge leap forward regarding personalized and effective virtual and digital events, meetings and conferences. We leveraged technologies and took the opportunity to broaden the audience and the lifespan of events, found new ways of fostering participant engagement and their relationships with sponsors, and defined new formats and time schedules for virtual events.

The great potential of a hybrid meeting is more evident for international events that attract attendance from all over the world.

All the events we’ve planned for autumn 2021 for example will be augmented to have in-person sessions with speakers and attendees at the congress center broadcasted live on a virtual website, with online audiences able to participate in discussions, polling and Q&A.

AIM Group launched the Open Innovation Network, AIM Communication, right in the middle of the pandemic and this new digital arm has greatly benefited clients, helping to define new effective solutions.
